Running With Cancer: One Dude's Journey with Lung Cancer
10 months ago
I started running in July 2008 to train for my first 5k as a way to get in shape and lose some weight. Since then, I have run several 5k's, 10k's, and my biggest feat, the 15 mile Charleston Distance Run. Follow me as I try to stay on track with running and health.
You deserve it! You've been putting in some major miles! Enjoy!
