I started running in July 2008 to train for my first 5k as a way to get in shape and lose some weight. Since then, I have run several 5k's, 10k's, and my biggest feat, the 15 mile Charleston Distance Run. Follow me as I try to stay on track with running and health.
could it be muscle? do your close fit the same or are they looser?
ReplyDeleteProbably not muscle this time, though I would like to use that excuse. My clothes fit the same, my waist is the same size. I think I just ate too much. Haven't been a good girl this past week!
